Anthony is a highly credentialed senior Safety and Operational Risk Management professional, with extensive experience in strategy development, system design, technical risk analysis, program delivery and change management in mining and other high hazard industries.Â
Anthony is widely regarded as a Thought Leader in the operationalising of fatality critical controls and risk management practices. He was a key contributor to the ICMM Health & Safety Critical Control Management guideline, contributing to a step change in the approach to preventing fatalities in the mining industry.
Throughout his extensive career, Anthony has worked in both consulting and client-side roles, consistently delivering exceptional results. Prior to Glasshouse Consulting Anthony led the design and deployment of Rio Tinto’s Critical Risk Management (CRM) program and supporting technology, which is a cornerstone to their approach to fatality elimination.Â
Anthony has worked with many organizations to help them ensure the safety systems and leadership practices support the safe and efficient execution of work at the front line.
Rod Cameron
Principal Associate
Rod is an accomplished HSE leader with over 25 years’ experience in construction, mining and heavy infrastructure. Rod has experience leading group strategies within a diversity of organisations, including companies such as Rio Tinto, Thiess, Peabody and Serco.
Rod is a skilled facilitator, trainer and coach, as well as having strong skills in project management and delivery. Rod specializes in ensuring programs are implemented in such a way that they are ‘owned’ by the business.
Throughout his career, Rod has worked in both consulting and client-side roles. He has led the design and deployment of a number of critical risk management (CRM) programs, including for Serco Asia Pacific. The success of this program resulted in it being adopted across Serco’s global operations (employing in excess of 50,000 employees) in the UK and Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific.Â
Rod has also spent the last six years implementing Safety II approaches, including leading over 25 Learning Teams in mining and other high hazard industries.
Kellie Rillie
Senior Consultant
Kelly is an experienced communications and change consultant with over 10 years experience working with leadership teams in the mining, energy and oil and gas sectors. She has held a diversity of roles centered around large-scale communications, transformation and change management programs.
She has designed communication strategies and tools for several safety and critical control management programs, including within Shell Australian, Aurizon Rail, Alcoa, Healthscope and Newmont.
Jonathan Rubens
Senior Consultant
Jonathan has extensive experience in designing and managing enterprise-wide technology driven change programs. Jonathan has worked across a variety of industries including mining, manufacturing, distribution and government services.
Jonathan has supported critical risk and operational risk programs for a number of global companies, including Rio Tinto, Teck, Anglo American, Newmont, Shell Australia. These multi-faceted projects involved strategy, technology, program design and deployment.
He was the project management for the deployment of the CRM programs in Rio Tinto and Newmont, including the global roll-out of the CRM technology, mobile application and supporting reporting and analytics platform.
Jonathan brings a pragmatic yet structured approach to client engagements using his broad background to deliver sustainable change.
